Construction
Our frames start with high-quality plywood cut with CNC precision.
Fabric Cutting
Expert cutters take particular care using individual patterns to create the proper pattern flow.
Sewing
Using the finest sewing thread, skilled sewers stitches to the inch to assure durable seams for trouble free wear.
Upholstery
Each piece is masterfully hand-tailored by seasoned craftsmen with years of experience in their trade.
Inspection
Inspectors examine each piece at every production set from frame build, fabric cutting, sewing and upholstery. A final inspector carefully cleans and checks each piece for quality before it’s packaged for shipping.
